Implementation of active learning methods: Eniac experience

This article describes the process of active learning methods implementation in the ENIAC College, in order to describe successes and difficulties encountered during this trajectory. The results indicated the students involvement in educational activities, as well their participation in the construction of scenarios that support active learning. As for the faculty involved in this process, it was observed difficulty in detachment from traditional methods, which consequently generated resistance to changes. Subsequently, discussions generated from the path followed by the solutions made possible the construction of concepts and thereby the effective learning.Downloads
