Invisible Realities:
An analysis of generation Z’s mental health in the workplace

Through a quantitative, causal field research, this study aims to analyze the influence of stress, depression and anxiety on the mental health of young professionals from Generation Z. Regression Analysis was adopted to visualize the relationship between the constructs and the mental health of workers. As for the collection instrument, a questionnaire composed of the SRQ-20 scales by Harding et al. (1980) and DASS-21 by Lovibond and Lovibond (1995) was used to obtain the data. The research showed that 50.1% of the 401 participants indicated suspicion of mental disorders. Finally, it was concluded that 71.3% of the lack of Mental Health of Generation Z workers can be attributed to the variables Stress, Depression and Anxiety.
