THE WORLD BANI, THE INTERCONNECTIONS BETWEEN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article's research object is the analysis of the transition between the VUCA World and the BANI World, the structuring interconnections between artificial intelligence and organizational management, with the aim of understanding the key-issues involved in the profound changes in a world fragile, anxious, non-linear and incomprehensible. The propositions presented in this article have as basic premises: 1. Understanding the BANI world, the effects, impacts and consequences of these transformations, determining companies to search for new propositions in relation to organizational management. 2. The structuring interconnections between artificial intelligence and organizational management is a sine qua non condition (without which) for companies that wish to remain competitive in an internationalized market.
