Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The contribution must be original and unpublished, and should not be evaluated by another journal ; otherwise, it must be justified in "Comments to the editor".
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice or RTF format.
  • URLs for referrals were provided when possible.
  • The text has line spacing of 1.5; uses a 12 point font; employs italics instead of underlining (except for URL addresses); figures and tables are included in the text, not at the end of the document in the form of attachments.
  • The text follows the style standards and bibliographic requirements described in “Author Guidelines ”, on the About the journal page.
  • For the integrity of the blind review, for submissions to the journal, the identity of authors and reviewers among them should not be revealed during the process. Therefore, for submission, it is required that:
    a) The authors of the document have excluded names from the text, substituting them for "Author".
    b) In the submitted article, the identification of the author must be removed from the document properties.
  • Important: The text must strictly follow the standards of the APA (American Psychological Association).
  • Important: Metadata were filled, with full name, e-mail, affiliation, title and Orcid of all authors. Registration with ORCID is free and can be obtained from the website: https://orcid.org/
  • Prepared the copyright statement, signed by all authors, and will be sent as a complementary file at the time of submission.
  • Also, the author must prepare a cover sheet, containing: Title of the article in the original language Title of the article in English (if it is in English, add in Portuguese) Name of author 1, e-mail, ORCID and Institution. Follow the same procedure for possible other authors. In case of doubt, it is recommended to consult the published articles.
  • The article should be divided into sequentially numbered subtitles, consisting of the following parts:
    1) Introduction: Containing, at least, the delimitation of the theme, justifications, problematizations and objectives.
    2) Themes related to the theoretical framework considered relevant.
    3) Method or methodology.
    4) Results or analysis and discussions.
    5) Final considerations.
    6) References.
  • The article contains between 14,000 and 42,000 characters without spaces and can be written in Portuguese, Spanish or English.

Author Guidelines

GENERAL PUBLICATION RULES

All collaboration proposals must be original and/or unpublished, typed in A4 page format (210x297mm) and in a text editor compatible with Microsoft Word, RTF or Open Office programs, with Times New Roman font, size 12 and the space between 1.5 lines.

Every article must contain an informative abstract, with 100 to 250 words, and must inform the reader: Objectives, methodology, results and conclusions of the article. It is also noteworthy that the abstract must be accompanied by 3 to 5 keywords.

The title, abstract and keywords must be written in the original language, in addition to being presented in English.

The articles in the Eniac journal  Research are texts resulting from studies and research on themes of Applied Social Sciences, with an emphasis on Management.

Articles must contain between 14,000 and 42,000 characters, without spaces, and can be written in Portuguese, Spanish or English.

Articles must be divided into sequentially numbered subtitles, consisting of the following parts:

1. Introduction: Containing, at least, the delimitation of the theme, the justifications, the problematizations and the objectives.

2. Themes related to the theoretical framework that you consider relevant.

3. Method or methodology

4. Results or analysis and discussions

5. Conclusiconsiderations

Attention: Send as a complementary file:

  1. a) Cover page, containing: Title of the article in the original language Title of the article in English (if it is in English, add in Portuguese) Name of author 1, with a footnote containing institutional address for correspondence and e-mail . Institution Title. Follow the same procedure for possible other authors. In case of questions, it is recommended to consult the published articles
  2. b) Declaration of Copyright, according to the model in this journal .

ILLUSTRATIONS

Tables and figures: They are only classified as tables and figures, consecutively numbered with Arabic numerals must be inserted in the appropriate place in the body of the text. They should only be used to present data that cannot be described in the text. Authors should limit tables and figures to what is strictly necessary. Tables and figures must have their own title. When preparing illustrative material and tables, the size of the useful page must be respected. Figure captions must come below them, while for tables the caption comes above. All tables and figures must be submitted in editable format.

QUOTES IN THE TEXT

References in the text must be cited in the appropriate place by the name(s) of the author(s) and year (eg: Silva, 2009; Silva & Moreira, 1996; Silva et al., 1997) . Two or more articles by the same author in the same year must be distinguished by letters (eg: Silva, 2004a; Silva, 2004b). References to theses, meeting abstracts, symposia and articles in preparation or submitted but not yet accepted may be cited in the text as (Silva, unpublished data) and should not be included in the reference list.

EXPLANATORY NOTES

Explanatory notes are used only for the information on the cover sheet. They are numbered consecutively within the text and placed at the end of the cover page, not being accepted on other pages.

REFERENCES AT THE END

References must be cited at the end of the article, in alphabetical order, according to the first author's last name and according to the publication date, that is, from the most recent work to the oldest. Journal  titles, books, publishers, cities, etc. should not be abbreviated. Technical standards established by the APA must be strictly observed.

IMPORTANT:

The texts must be sent after rigorous spell checking.

The Editorial Committee does not accept texts outside the established norms and reserves the right to make the final decision regarding their publication;

Once the works are published, ENIAC Research reserves all copyrights, allowing, however, their subsequent reproduction, with proper citation of the source;

The editors of Revista PESQUISA ENIAC created their own form for issuing opinions and control for recording and monitoring the texts received in their various stages (text receipt; opinion; acceptance letter, modifications or rejection);

Questions and omitted cases will be resolved by the Editorial Committee of ENIAC Research.

IDEOLOGICAL RESPONSIBILITY

The articles whose authors are identified represent the point of view of their authors and not the official position of the journal  or Centro Universitário Eniac.

The reception of texts for publication is continuous throughout the year.

 

CONFLICT OF INTERESTS

Conflicts of interest can appear when authors, reviewers or editors have interests that, whether apparent or not, may influence the preparation or evaluation of manuscripts. The conflict of interest can be of a personal, commercial, political, academic or financial nature.

When authors submit a manuscript, they are responsible for recognizing and disclosing financial or other conflicts that may have influenced their work. Authors must acknowledge in the manuscript all financial support for the work and other financial or personal connections in relation to the research. The reporter must disclose to the editors any conflicts of interest that could influence their opinion about the manuscript, and, when applicable, must declare themselves unqualified to review it. If authors are unsure of what might constitute a potential conflict of interest, they should contact the Journal's editorial secretariat.
